Bat Management
Risk Inspection 325 + tax - Inspection of structure to determine bat exposure risk to occupants and work required to solve problem with photographs and written report.
Building Inspection $189 - $325 + tax (based on time of year) - Inspection of structure to determine work required to solve problem.
Removal of individual bat $225 + tax with no guarantee of finding bat - Limited service area
Bat Proofing / Exclusion of Structure - Sealing structure and removal of bats with one (1) year guarantee against bat colonies using structure.
$1,500 minimum and increases based on size of structure, architecture, and distance
Bird Management
Exclusion $3.00 per square foot minimum - Installation of netting to prevent birds from accessing areas of structure.
Harassment - Creation and implementation of harassment program for behavior modification of roosting birds.
Call. Cost is based on time, products, and procedures used.
Canada Goose Roundup - By permit only. Capture and translocation of Canada geese.
$1,500 minimum project charge plus $25 per bird and travel.
Wildlife Conflicts
Service Fee $169 + tax - Inspection of premises, evaluation of situation, setting of equipment or basic installation / repairs.
Per Trap Fee $89 + tax - Fee for maintaining trap that contains one (1) or more animals
Rodent and Mole Control Programs
Six (6) Month Yard Protection Program $259 + tax per month - Trapping and Rodenticide program for moles, voles, shrews, deer mice, white-footed mice, house mice, and rats.
Annual (12 Month) Yard Protection Program $219 - tax per month - Trapping and Rodenticide program for moles, voles, shrews, chipmunks, deer mice, white-footed mice, house mice, and rats.
Mole Trapping Program $169 setup and $99 per trap check + tax - Trapping program for moles
Monthly Mouse Program $189 + tax per month - Trapping and/or Rodenticide program for house mice.
Annual (12 Month) Mouse Program $169 + tax per month - Trapping and/or Rodenticide program for house mice.
